The Faith Weese Scholarship

The Faith Weese Scholarship is fully funded by Joni Hegel, philanthropist and long-time friend of Faith Weese. Joni’s dedication to higher educational opportunities have helped many students in our community.

Applicants must meet university admissions requirements

• Applicants must pursue being a full-time student

• The applicant shall demonstrate documented financial need as defined by their university’s office of financial aid

• Applicants must have a minimum of 3.5 GPA

• Applicants must submit a resume

• Applicants must submit a 300-word document on what Christian & Conservative Values and Community Service means to them and how they have demonstrated the value of “service” in their everyday lives within organizations, clubs, and services in which they have participated.

Eligibility and scholarship recipients will be determined by the LEO Foundation Scholarship Committee. Scholarships will be awarded in spring 2024 for the 2024/2025 academic year. Scholarship recipients must acknowledge their award in the form of an email thank you within three weeks of notification to mwinney@leofoundationusa.org.
