Jennifer Randolph

Board Treasurer

Jennifer Randolph is an Arizona native and grew up professionally in the higher education industry. Starting as a finance counselor shortly after graduating high school, she worked to help students find solutions for paying for their college education. Her goal was to find a job that would cover her own education costs and after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing, and a Masters in Business Administration, her career path remained firmly rooted in helping college students. She has now served over 20 years in various sectors within post-secondary education primarily with finance and operations. Currently Jennifer works for a local University as the Assistant Vice President of Operations, assisting with donor scholarship programs, management of institutional aid, helping design scholarship and student services technology needs, and building process and procedures for streamlining business demands.

When Jennifer isn’t working or cheering on her children in their many different extra-curricular programs, she enjoys spending time with family, coming up with new recipes in the kitchen, and getting away to anywhere with pine trees, hiking trails, or ocean waves.

Jennifer is thrilled to represent the LEO Foundation and pursue her calling to do more. She looks forward to building connections with students and organizations and hopes to aid more young adults with reaching their educational and leadership goals.
